Knowing about State of California, California Code of Regulations Title 19, Chapter 8 Public Safety Law is as important as the event you are planning. Are you familiar with this public safety law?

Have the proper Flame Proofing Certification, therefore not delaying the opening of your event, because you have not met the necessary fire codes and to prevent the expense of placement of fire protection guards. Please take a few minutes to read the following Title 19 code requirements and pass the requirements on to others who may be instrumental in the success of launching your event.

Public Safety Law Title 19  states ALL places of Public Assemblage must have all indoor and outdoor decorative items Flame Proofed. This law does include: ALL Restaurants, Hotels, Conventions, Theaters, Nightclubs, Schools, Day Care Centers, Assisted Care, Churches, and Catering Events, Street Fairs, including Tent Events, Farmers Market, and other Places of Public Assemblage.

 The flame proofing application does not change the appearance or feel of the items.  Items that need to be flame proofed can also be brought to our location.  If scheduling permits same day service is available.                                                                                  

 State of California "Certificate of Flame Resistance" will be issued on all flame proofed items providing documentation to the Fire Marshal/Inspectors that you are in compliance with the State of California, California Code of Regulations Title 19, Chapter 8 Public Safety Law.
